  Extremely POOR unprofessional customer service. The vet is knowledgeable but the extreme absence of respect, patience and courtesy
  along with the lack of full disclosure of charges by the doctor and staff is contemptible. Shame on all of them, Dr Pam, Daniel and office manager, Melissa. By the time I finished my visit for my cat today, both Daniel and Melissa told me if their charges are too high I should take my cat somewhere else!
  I do agree they love cats, they're just not very fond of humans.
